Leadership is everything.

This applies to organizations of all types. From sports to church to companies, organizations rise or fall, depending on the quality of leadership found in those organizations. In fact, an organization can be well-managed, but it will never achieve its full potential unless it is also well-led.

The Southwest Florida chapter of C12 is blessed with two veteran leaders, men of principle, knowledge and skill. But even more than that, they are men who strive to hear the voice of Jesus, feel His hands upon their lives and determine in their hearts to follow Him to the best of their respective abilities.

Don Light Sr., and his son, Don Light, Jr., have great passion for the calling C12 has on their lives and talents.  It is shown in their individual commitment to each of their group members and key players in helping challenge and lead them to discover the impact effective leadership can have in all area of their's and others' lives.
