Leadership is everything.

This applies to organizations of all types. From sports to church to companies, organizations rise or fall, depending on the quality of leadership found in those organizations. In fact, an organization can be well-managed, but it will never achieve its full potential unless it is also well-led.

The Southwest Florida chapter of C12 is blessed with two veteran leaders, men of principle, knowledge and skill. But even more than that, they are men who strive to hear the voice of Jesus, feel His hands upon their lives and determine in their hearts to follow Him to the best of their respective abilities.

Don became friends with Buck Jacobs the founder of C12 in the middle 80's and through their friendship developed a passion for serving God in the Marketplace. When God gave Buck a vision to expand C12 nationally, Don eagerly embraced that vision and took over two of Buck's original C12 groups in the Sarasota/Bradenton area of Florida in 2001.  Don brings a broad entrepreneurial background with 35+ years of business experience to his role as a C12 Chairman.  Don graduated  more

Don Light, Jr. - Area Chair

Prior to C12, Don’s career spanned 20+ years in the Florida Real Estate industry, including the initial startup and development of several residential high-end golf course and waterfront communities.  During this time he became experienced in all facets of residential development including: sales and marketing, land acquisition and development, homebuilding, customer service, and project management.  As Vice President and Director of Sales of WCI Realty, Inc., a unit of WCI Communities, a publicly-traded company operating in eastern U.S., Don’s leadership and expertise helped to build and maintain exceptional sales and development    more
